Radio in Europe

Good morning all Happy

I have received the following question and wondered if you help:

I have a satellite system fitted to my motorhome and travel to Europe at least once a year.  Up to now I have been able to get the BBC radio and tv on my sat-system using Astra 28D but now the BBC has moved to Astra 28E and the spot beam is very tight
and will probably not let me recieve the BBC radio and tv except in northern France and Benelux. 

I am unable to fit a larger dish aerial to my current system and am reluctant to fit an expensive new one if there is any alternative.  Can you give me any advice or suggestions as to how I can pick up Radio 2/4 and BBC 1/2/3/4 in the future?  Would
a wifi dongle work on my laptop?  If so any idea of running costs?

Does anyone have any suggestions or feedback?
