WILL NEVER USE A CL SITE AGAIN
After planning our main holiday in st ives in cornwall back in july we decided to stay one night at the Crablake farm in exminster, we were looking forward to going to cl site for the first time. When we followed the directions in the site directory we found
the lane nearly immpossible to drive down as the lane was so narrow that the overgrowth scratched our caravan. Then when we got there we found that there was already 5 caravans there and they put us right at the back of the orchard. The problem with that was
the trees had not been cut and the lady said that we were only staying for one night and where she was going to put us the people had already booked extra days. The answer to the lane was they had nothing to do with it and that it was only cut a few months
of the year. We felt like they just wanted our money.
The cl site we decided to stay on our way back from cornwall was mulbery house at highbridge near Burham on sea, when we got there we found that the field was flooded and we had to postion our caravan in the main yard. the man did not bother to notify us
all he said was that it flooded that morning, but having asked someone else they said it was like it for a week. This was a dissapointing end to our holiday and we felt that he had ripped us of. So no more cl sites if they our all like this.
