TV ABROAD IN FRANCE

We are thinking of touring France this year and would like to take our TV.  Can anyone give me any advice about the size of satellite dish we will need and also what other equipment we will need to buy to allow us to watch UK programmes.  I have looked for
advice online but it just seems to be a complicated minefield.
