Disabled Parking while towing..

Can I ask all the disabled members where they park on motorway services when stopping to use the facilities while the caravan is attached?

There appears to be  no recognised  places allocated. If you park in the normal disabled bays you block the roadway. If you  park in with the lorries the drivers complain and the over indulgent car park attendant moves you on. Park with the coaches and your
number is recorded by ANR and a fine ensues,,, so where?

I raised this with the Disabled Motorists Association and they told me that Motorway service areas have been asked to allocate a couple of elongated disabled bays in latest redesign works.Sedgemoor on the M5 going north have one by the side of a coach space.
and Michael Wood going South at the back  have one place  with the coach Park.I have asked the Police for advice and have not had any satisfactory answer.Exeter services  on the M5  book you if you park with coaches and you are not allowed to use the lorry
park  so where do we go?

Your comments would be appreciated......SG2
