Awnings too large for the pitch?

Most caravan club sites ask us to park our cars on the caravans offside and the awning on the nearside.  However, some pitches are not as large as others and I have noticed and experienced on a few occasions that my neighbours awning is one of those lighter
weight, rounded shaped with the guy ropes pulled out far in excess of the width of the traditional shaped awning. This is happening on a regular basis now and I have to park my car at the front of the caravan because I cannot fit in to the side, certainly
not without driving through the ropes! Could wardens ask when we caravaners arrive if they have that type of awning that they choose one of the sites wider pitches so as not to take the other caravans parking space?
