Hiking with Dogs in French Alps

Hi everyone, we are about to continue our travels north to the French Alps.  I found out that dogs are not allowed on the trails in the Mercantour Park, but cannot locate dog information on the other two:  Queyras or Ecrins.  Does anyone know if dogs are
allowed on the trails in these two parks?
