Portugal - Choose Your Beach Location Carefully

Hello all, we just finished our tour of Portugal -- well, the beaches anyway.  Just wanted to mention that you need to make sure you know what you are after:  The Atlantic coast is largely undeveloped with gorgeous, largely empty beaches and towns that still
only speak Portugese whereas the southern beaches (Algarve) have over-developed areas of condos, gorgeous people-filled beaches and lots of english speaking opportunities.
