Booking municipal sites

Hello, We are due to go to the Dordogne this summer and wish to do an overnight stop at the Municipal site in Vatan, however other than atelephone number I dont seem to be able to find any other way of contacting them to book.  My French isn't good enough
to hold a telephone conversation.  Anyone had experience of hoe to book Municipal sites at all. I would be grateful of any help.
