When can I book summer 2013 Overseas sites?

Maybe I'm the only one not to know the dates, but when can we book sites in France for summer 2013? Is it November? It'll be our first trip to the continent and I just can't wait to get it all organised! Also any specific names of sites in southern Brittany
right by the sea, not too large a site as we have small children.  Thankyou in advance
