We bought our new Barcelona in December of last year and apart from a couple of minor warranty issues, it has performed faultlessly and we are highly delighted with it. Being retired we have been away for at least a week every month so far, so it's had a
fair amount of use.  One niggling problem is that after a few days use, each time, we have noticed that the front end of the lounge seat cushions (where we normally sit) have become noticeably compressed, indicating that it appears that the foam used to fill
them is far too soft.  Whilst my dealer has recorded my complaint as a warranty issue I have asked, rather than simply refilling the cushions with the same foam (which appears to be what normally happens) could I not pay for an upgrade for better quality filling
such as Dunlopillo etc.  Whilst I recognise this is unlikely to happen, Bailey have been dragging their heels and so far have not responded to repeated emails from the dealer.  Looking on the internet, one firm seems to be suggesting over £500 to do what I
am suggesting and another local firm of upholsterers - who supposedly specialise in this sort of work, don't seem that interested in giving me a quote. Just wondered if anyone else had experienced similar problems and what they had done about it.  And - before
I get the inevitable comments - no - we are not over weight - and no - we don't spend ALL week firmly planted on the seats!
