Club sites and WIFI access charges

Is any one else out there as annoyed as myself at the Clubs' extortionate charges for WiFi access.  No where else I have visited (worldwide) have I been asked to pay £5 for 24 hour useage?.  Many places are free and the highest charge I have paid is £2.
