Touring in Franche-Comte

Anybody spent time in Franche-Comte?  We're heading over that way for the first time this year (mainly because it looked so nice on the telly), staying at the Yelloh! site at Clairvaux les Lacs and I wondered if anyone had tips for things to do, places to
see, etc. in the area?
