Collision with a double-decker bus :-(

Last Sunday, while driving over Exmoor, I had a double-decker tour bus reverse into my caravan (yes, really!).



Can anyone advise:

1. The best place to get an Eriba Puck repaired.

2. The most effective way to extract payment from the bus company (the Puck is not insured for collision damage).



Apart from anything else, I was impressed with the strength of the Puck frame. The main damage is in the area of the door hinges...
