Suitable location for lunch break - Bilbao

We shall shortly be taking the Portsmouth to Bilbao ferry which docks around midday on the 5th June.  This may be a little early for lunch on the ferry.  Can anyone advise whether there is a suitable, safe, car park ( we shall be towing a caravan) within
the port, or nearby, for a lunch stop before heading east for the French border?  Any advice would be much appreciated.
