Bailey caravans do not reply
For a company as big as Bailey they treat thier customers with disdain . Twice in 2 years I have Emailed their sales team to get some reaction and twice have had no reply, the most recent contact being the 24th of Nov. 2014. I was questioning why the paint
work on the near side blemished in 3 places , this only appeared after the warrantee run out for the paint work . Chichester caravans have examined the van for part exchange , agreed that the blemishes were probably a factory defect , and have had to pass to
me part of the cost for a respray before resale . As I consider this as not fair wear and tear I contacted Bailey again ,who are apparently deaf to any after warrantee defects regardless of the reason . I now wonder why I am buying another Bailey .
