Xmas period availability

Maybe the answer to a fantastic Xmas is to be out and about most of the time and visit the christmas markets and stock up prior to finding a suitable site with like minded others for the Christmas period and enjoy.

What is the ruling with CL sites over christmas, do they shut shop or are many of them available?

I am quite sure if they are available many will have taken advantage of this, how did you find/enjoy it accepting of course it is what you make of it
