changing a tyre on the motorway

 on the way back from devon passed a car and van facing the traffic on the hard shoulder ,the bloke was changing the wheel.THIS WAS ON THE M5 so he must have done a u turn and will have to do another one to get back on,no wonder people slag us off.for goodness
sake get breakdown ins it pays in the end and dont put live at risk
