Sat nav in Europe

We are going touring Europe in our campervan  for 6 weeks and have purchased Camperstop Europe which gives GPS - cordinates of stops.  Our existing SAT nav is past it's sell buy date as does not understand GPS Cordinates and has not had an update since 2008
(due to non being available).  So we are looking to buy a new Sat Nav any suggestions recomendations?
