On The Level -Or Not

A year ago I bought a new special addition Lunar 2 berth caravan. Each time I pitched it on what seemed like level ground, I have found, I need to lift the same wheel to make the caravan level. At first I just thought it was a coincidence so just got on
with it. But now after pitching at 10 differing sites always the same wheel needs to be lifted. The level is critical, as the outlets for the shower and kitchen sink are on opposite sides. Any out of level means one side does not drain away. So I contacted
a Lunar spokesperson whom, after a discussion with a designer, said it is an issue I should put up with. It would seem having the weight of the water tank, fridge, cooker, microwave, toilet cassette and large wardrobe all on the same side may just compress
the shock absorber more on that side. So my question is whether it is safe to tow a caravan that is leaning to one side? The lean is not noticeable to the eye. However I have to lift the wheel 150mm (6") to level.
