It's a question of balance

There are numerous threads explaining the importance of balancing the loading of your caravan ensuring weight it stored low and over the wheels. What I do not understand is the layout of the fixed items in my new caravan. On the side opposite to the door
there is a full size cooker, a full height under work surface fridge, and a wall mounted microwave. On my old van,there was no microwave, and the van was balanced in some way by the Truma heater on the door side. The new van's heater is now a lightweight combi
system so how do they balance the weight side to side?
