Chalons en champagne

have used the site at chalons-en-champagne for many years as a first /l ast night stop over. on our last visit in 2013 we noticed a big change in the facilities on the site for the worse. i have now noticed that the site is not in the touring france 2015
guide book. does anyone know if the site is still open and if so have the toilet blocks been improved ???
