French Breathalizer's

We are currently in France and have tried on numerous occasions to buy said breathalizer's from pharmecies, but on each occasion we have been told with a shrug of the French shoulders that they do not supply them. We have also tried supermarkets and had
roughly the same response. Anyone got any ideas??
