Campsite recommendations on edge of Paris?

Hi, we have a 2 week holiday in the S.of France in August and are then spending a few days further north incl. a day in Paris.  We'd like to find a family-friendly campsite on the edge of Paris, close enough to get the train in but far enough away not to have to navigate the Paris ring-road!  We were thinking South West of Paris but we are open to any recommendations.  Thanks, Paula
