Bird Feeders on pitches

This morning, the outfit next to us erected a huge bird feeder with a full menu of treats.  This resulted in a great influx of fat pigeons in addition to the pretty little birds.  I don't begrudge people their hobby, but we certainly don't want any more
bird lime on our vehicle than we would normally experience.  In addition to this, I have a real phobia of birds and would have had great difficulty in staying - as it was, we were leaving at lunchtime.   The warden said that there is no club policy on this,
but surely people can manage a break away from home without inflicting things on other members?
