Sink cover/chopping board

Can anybody point me in the right direction for a new sink cover/chopping board for my 2006 Abbey Adventura? We've just bought the van and the one that's in it doesn't look the best. I also think they used a machete to chop things :-/

I've trawled the internet and found enough spares to practically rebuild my van, but not the bit I'm after.
