Elddis Crusader Cyclone - fridge gas issue

Hi I am lopoking for some advise on my Dometic Fridge - RM7561 L - we are running the fridge on gas and have an awful smell from the exhaust - fridge cools fine

The flame in the burner is too big and orange which indicates it's not burning properly.

have replaced the burner assembly and new jet - no fix, have replaced the main regulator twice still has a big flame - tried different gas bottles nil fix  - the other gas appliances work fine ?

    I had a similar problem with a camping fridge. It turned out to be that the jet was screwed in too far,with the result that the aeration was upset. The jet in this case is not scewed fully home, but must be set in the correct position in relation to the aeration holes.  It is secured in position with threadlock.
