Anniversary trip in January

Hi there,

 I hope you can give me a few suggestions as to where we can go with our motorhome in January. We will be celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and as we only got her this year we are still smitten and would like to go somewhere in it. We are saving the
big trip until June when the weather is nice, but would like to go somewhere for about a week. We don't like cities but love the countryside and nature. Can you suggest somewhere that may not be to wet, don't mind cold so much. Also if we go somewhere cold
how do we stop our water freezing. I hope you have some suggestions for us, thanks.
