towball height and suspension

There seems to be no information in Towcar Reviews giving the ball height when the car is loaded and hitched to the van.  This can vary widely within the specified distances for different  towcars and affects ground clearance and stability.I have always
had self levelling suspension or full sized 4x4s. I am finding it difficult to find a medium sized tow car . target nose weight 85kg which tows level.
