Problems with Find a UK Site

This is my first post so apologies if this subject has been raised previously. Is it me or is the 'Use the Map to Search' facility on here pretty useless, especially if looking for CL's? When I click on a CL for more detail there seems to be no way to return
to the previous map page, it always goes back to the original start point so you must start from square one every time. It's as if the system is designed to discourage you from finding CL's and would rather you stayed at CC sites. Or am I just being cynical?
