WiFi on CL,s

Talking as a BT Broadband user who has opened up part of my router to allow a hotspot. Why are there not more CL's who would make this a part of their attractions? While most owners do provide local information the web is the place to find things to do. I use the CC site as a great starting place. Trouble is that I have to go to find a library or hotspot to get access instead of being able to do it after dinner in the comfort of my caravan.
