BP Light gas pressure in van
I have changed our gas bottle to one of these using the 'clip on' regulator TPA Engineering LP2527A) and suitable LPG high pressure hose.
We are taking the van away tomottow for a long break and Ive just been to check the gas hob and found the flame was, to say the least, poor and very low.
I checked the hose wasnt kinked etc and that the gas was 'full on'.
I changed back to the old LPG cylinder and the flame was back on high as it was before.
The plate in the van locker says 30 mbar and the regulator says it is set to outlet pressure of 37mbar.
Surely this would be ok to work the hob etc?
Can anyone help or suggest what maybe the fault?
I have changed back to the old steel canister for this trip but to avoid a 'discussion' later with the wife I hope to be able to resolve this later.
