Alde Heating System - Topping Up

We have just purchased a new Swift Challenger SE and have an Alde heating system.  It worked fine to start with but then started to make loud bubbling noises in the header tank right next to our heads in bed!  After towing to a different site the header
tank now appears to have no liquid in it at all.  What do we top the header tank up with - the handbook appears a bit unclear.  What type of Glycol do we use and do we have to dilute it with water?  Any help would be much appreciated.
