Procedure if the office is closed ?

I'm never sure when site offices are open. I believe you can gain access to sites up to 20:00 if the office is not open, what is the procedure for finding a pitch and paying. Can you pay in advance if you think you will arrive after office hours. We tend
to have early starts and tight deadlines.
