That’s easy, just find out when old age starts, then knock 10-20 years off.Laughing

Middle Age still starts when the "spread" starts.

Just watch out for it joining up around the back where you can't see it.

If you think middle age is around the mid fifties, ask yourself how many people you know aged 110.

It depends on the individual Micky Boy. The better your attitude to your own health & your joy of life the younger you will stay, the more negative & curmudgeonly the earlier it will start. You my friend have a few years to go before you are classed as middle
    agedKissHappy. Never deny
your inner child-when you do you are old. . . .Long live the revolutionLaughing

Write your comments here...Is that why there are so many caravanners watching TV in their vans well after midnight.--------------------- When is "Babestation" on by the way.----------- Just an observation. Cool

We never carry a TV, but as I walk back from the dog walk after midnight, many TV's are still on.. Wink

It used to be that life expectancy was around 70 years, therefore middle age would be 35. But as we are becomming more healthy life expectancy is around 80 so nowadays middle age will be 40.

So being generous, middle age spans age 35 to 45.

How you view life or how young you feel is nothing to do with chronological age .

Definition of middle aged from the oxford dictionary:-

    The period after early
    adulthood
    and before
    old age
    , about 45 to 65.

Surprised. Use left and right arrows to navigate.

Yipee, I'm still middle aged then! Well, for just a couple of years or so! Better make the most of it me thinks. Funny though how time speeds up as you get older, it seems like only yesterday I was celebrating the turn of the century!Sad
