Unable to leave a CL Review because of silly rule

Our joint membership is in my wife's name because it was convenient at the time we joined. That is not normally a problem but I want to leave a review of Kidbrooke Farm CL in addition to the post I put on CT in the Certificated Locations section and, just
because I am not the lead member (in what is supposed to be a joint membership) I am prevented from doing so.

I could use my wife's sign-on (though I would also have to register her for CT) but that would not really be correct and the review would be in her name not mine so not really appropriate.

Why on Earth should this be the case and is there any chance of the silly obstruction being removed?
