What's your address if you're permanently touring?

Hi Guys

My wife and I had always said that come retirement time we would take the 'gap year' we didn't have as youngsters (since such things were unheard of back then) and go on a year long (or more) caravan tour of the Uk and possibly the continent. This was prompted
by meeting a couple on a CL in St. Ives who did just that, wintering in the south of France and spending the summer around the UK.

The time is rapidly approaching when we are hoping to make that dream a reality and we need advice (lots of it).

We are considering either selling or maybe renting out our house whilst we are away but we're wondering what you do about effectively having no fixed abode when it comes to things like official letters, mobile phone contracts and such. Is it a case of renting
a P.O. box or what? Is anyone doing this and can offer any advice?
