Towing capabilities

I currently have an Audi A6 3.0tdi quattro saloon which I use to tow our Sterckeman Starlett 486 but I am looking to upgrade to a 2004 Hobby 720 UKFE and I am concerned about the towing capabilities. We will not be carrying anything in the van when we are
travelling other than clothes and personal items so the weight will be around 1900kg and the A6 can tow 2000kg. I would appreciate some advice on this and look forward to your replies.
