Trip to Portugal

We are planning to tow our caravan to Portugal at the end of February and will drive across France stopping around Paris for a few days, so easy access to Paris centre by public transport, then on through France along the west cost.  We only want to do about
200 miles a day. Does anybody know of any campsites that we can use as stop overs that are open out of season as we don't much fancy staying on motorways and hotels are difficult with a caravan.  If anyone has done this trip this time of year perhaps you could
give us some ideas.  Thanks
