Replying is a pain

Whenever I want to reply to a post and I'm not logged in, I have to do so (obviously) first, but once logged in it doesn't jump back to the post so that I can reply immediately. I have to go through the whole process of locating the thread again and finding
the post. That's a real pain.

Also, the box where I can enter the text is far too small, so that one can't see the whole text at one glance before submitting it, unless it's relatively short. That's not user-friendly, either.
