Reservation fee

I will be going to Normandy last two weeks in June , hopefuly staying at Reine Mathilde in Bayeux for a week, with my camping card acsi . Now my dilemma is do I book and pay 15 euro reservation fee , or do I risk all just turn up and hope theirs room at
the inn .Or is this fee compulsory ?
