New and so full of questions

Hi, we are another set of newbies just joined. We are planning at least a years tour around Europe starting March 2013. We have still to buy our caravan, but have narrowed it down to a choice between two. Main difference being one is a twin axle. We have
been told this may cause us problems getting onto european sites, particulary in France, any advice would be gratefully received.
