Flat or Convex Mirrors ?

Hi I'm looking into buying some mirrors to replace the cheap stick on ones I have already. I have decided to go for the Milenco Grand Aeros. I was wondering whether to get the flat or convex. what experience have you guys had and which do you prefer ? Thanks
