Dogs' Abroad?

This is my first discussion as a new CC member so please treat me gently. I am hoping to take our Springer Spaniel to Spain next year. I understand the Rabies precautions to be taken prior to leaving and the tape worm precautions coming back. But, in reality
how would my return journey work i.e.do I get her wormed in Spain or France and if France how do you find a vet? Any advice would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks.
