Isie of Man Ferry Consessions

Hi, we are planning to go to the Isle of Man in our motorhome, but because ours is over 21ft we have to book as freight, it seems we have to either phone and book directly or through an agent.

Has anyone had any experience of this crossing in a larger motorhome.

Also I can see discounts for Caravan Club members on channel crossings but not to the Isle of Man, I suppose as the Steam Packet Co. have a monopoly they don't think they have to give discounts, but I have read that there is another company starting a service
and they will soon get some opposition
