Service pitches standardization

We have been on several sites where the waste water and fresh water taps are placed in different places.   This makes it difficult to know how much pipe you need to be able to make full use of the service pitch.   Even on the same site they are all in different
positions.   It would be more use if all were placed in the same position on the pitch.    On one site we went to ( not Caravan Club  site) the fresh water tap was in  the same place as the waste water outlet, not very hygenic.   Has anyone else had similar
problems?
