All year round sites in France

I'm going to France on the Dover to Calais route then am driving caravan to Spain Coming home in November. I only want to drive 200mls a day approx but can't find many sites in France enroute open all year round? How do other people manage and could anyone
give me any advice, sites or routes they use please.
