I have just returned from the first outing with our new Bailey caravan which has the Al-ko ATC, factory fitted. The outward journey was ok, the green indicator light on the "A" frame correctly indicating everything was ok, however after a week on the camp
site I was connecting the caravan to the car's tow electrics the indicator light was solid red, which indicates that the ATC was not operational?? As I have never had a van with ATC before and no help in the vans hand book I phoned the dealership and asked
what now, I was told that the "log file" on the ATC was full and needed resetting, To do this I needed to unplug the electrics and wait 1min and it sould reset, it didnt, next, after the dealership had been on Al-ko's web site, that I had to leave the caravan
connected to the car for 24hours, impossible as I was leaving the site to travel home, I was told a solid red light meant it was ok to drive as if the caravan hadnt got the ATC. Once home I left the car connected to caravan for 24hours, still no luck, solid
red light still there. Back in contact with the dealership who have asked to see the caravan to see if they can reset the "log file".

Has anyone else had this or similar problem withe this ATC?
