ECU for Fiat Ducato Swift

Hi everyone. I recently bought a Fiat Ducato Swift MK3 2.8 Dielel campervan - it's great! The electric windows and central locking won't work and I was advised it was a ECU part no. 1346927080. However, I went to a garage and they said one part does not
control both units. They checked fuses and said they were ok but the guy who advised previously said it was a seperate one behind dash on passenger side? Now the main dealer wants to put auto electrician onto it at £50 an hour. Can anyone help?
