Eurotunnel changes please read
Don't know if people are aware but if you are traveling after 1 April on Eurotunnel you have to register all passengers with them before you go.

Comment from Hazel Havell, The Caravan Club's Travel Service Information Officer:
Hello all
Here is the latest update as of the 30th March 2015.
If you are travelling on a ferry your API information will be taken at the port, you do not need to do anything before you travel. Please allow extra time as there may be queues at check-in during peak periods.
If you have booked Eurotunnel through The Caravan Club please call: 0330 123 3207 with your API information prior to arrival at Folkestone.
It is possible for direct customers to register their API details on the Eurotunnel website, however, for all bookings made via an agent (The Club in this case) the information entered has to be manually adjusted by Eurotunnel staff which is causing a backlog in processing the information. Eurotunnel are developing their website to enable it to accept the API of trade bookings in the future but until that solution is in place, please submit your details via the telephone instead of the website.
So, just to clarify:
If you have booked via The Caravan Club and already submitted your details on the Eurotunnel website the details will be manually adjusted by Eurotunnel and you do not need to anything further.
If you have booked via The Caravan Club and not submitted your details yet, please do so by using the phone number above instead of using the website.
If you have booked direct with Eurotunnel you can use the website or the phone number to submit your API information.
