Superchip remapping

Hi we have a Volkswagon Jetta 1.9 Tdi 105 hp we tow a Bailey Ranger 460 4 series six van. This is only our second year of caravaning but have allready covered about a thousand miles which includes six weeks down on the Vendee in France. As it is only myself
and my wife we have no need to load the car or the caravan to anything near their limits and while driving down to the Vendee and driving around I averaged between 40 and 42 mpg.I am quite happy with the way the car tows the caravan which weight wise is able
to tow a much heavyier van. I am thinking of changing the caravan but dont really want to change the car, does anyone have any experiance of using the super chip to increase the bhp and tourqre on their tow cars.
